Room Temperature Poly Resin

Our Room Temp Polyester Resin exhibits good wetting of fibrous reinforcements, has a high Thixotropic index to prevent draining on vertical surfaces, and is low viscosity for easy handling. This resin is used for hand lay-up or spray-up for general fiberglass reinforced plastic applications.

High Temperature Polyester Resin

Our High Temp Polyester Resin has excellent corrosion resistance, high Strength and a high heat deflection temperature . It can be used for hand lay-up and spray-up applications where high temperature tolerances are a must.

Neutral Gel Coat

Used for polyester laminate applications and is comprised of the finest quality pigments dispersed in an isophthalic acid-based, neopentyl glycol resin system. Superior ingredients, together with perfected manufacturing techniques and rigid quality control standards, optimize every feature you look for in a gelcoat. Neutral gelcoat can be pigmented to any number of colors to suit your needs.

Vinyl ester Resins offer Excellent blister resistance, user friendly processing, good surface profile, fast wet-out of glass fibers, less than 35% styrene, and excellent mechanical properties. We recommend our Vinyl ester resin for most all marine applications.

Superox 46-702 features a reduced level of hydrogen peroxide. Superox 46-702 is particularly useful in critical gel coat applications. Another area of application is in heated, continuous mixing systems for polymer concrete and cultured marble.
